LIE #1: (One of the biggest lies in real estate): The franchise model is the key to your success.
FACT: 74% of agents in one national franchise closed 2 or less transactions and 83% closed less than $2million in volume this year.
REASON: Antiquated business model. All franchises teach a business model that’s over 100 years old. Antiquated business models = Poor results.
LIE #2: Giving it more time will fix your poor production.
FACT: Nearly 10% of real estate agents left the business last year “giving it more time.”
